Library closed for the Christmas and New Year holidays

The Fordland Memorial Library will be closed Monday, December 23, through Thursday, Jan 2, for the holidays. This will give all the volunteers time to spend the holidays with friends and family.

Happy Valentine’s Day

Happy Valentine's Day from the Fordland Memorial Library!! Pocketful of Sugar will be set up in the library for you to pick up already placed orders or to purchase some sweet treats. Trish will be there starting at 10 am.

Preschool and Toddler Play Time and Storytime

Come join us at the Fordland Memorial Library for our very first play time and story reading for babies and toddlers. Time: 10:30 am Where: 157 W Main, Fordland What: Morning of story time, music, and sensory play. This is geared toward little ones ages 0 - 5, but older siblings are definitely welcome.

February Story Time

Sweet crafts, sweet stories and a free lunch awaits you on this February 22 story time at the Fordland Memorial Library. Bring your children so they can listen to some reading, enjoy crafts and eat lunch. Parents or an older teen must accompany the children.

Annual Easter Bake Sale

Our annual Easter Bake Sale will be held at the Fordland City Park at 9:30 am. If weather interferes, the bake sale will be relocated at the library AND the Fordland Elementary School gym. This bake sale coincides with the Fordland City egg hunt provided by City Hall and the Fordland Community Betterment Association.

Mexican Luncheon at the Cherry Blossom Festival
