Fordland Community Sale Day

Hours: 8 am to 3 pm.

In conjunction with the Schofield + Gray event, the Fordland Memorial Library will be having a used book fair along with other merchants and vendors. The Schofield event will be on the east side of town while the library will be hosting similar venues on the west side of town. The parking lot will be set up with local vendors. The town of Fordland will be bustling with activity.

The library will have used book for free–you can take as many books as you want with a donation to the library.

Other items for sale will include winter clothing. Be sure to check back with this page for updates.

Fordland Community Sale Day

In conjunction with the Schofield + Gray event, the Fordland Memorial Library will be having a fundraiser along with other merchants and vendors. The Schofield event will be on the east side of town while the library will be hosting similar venues on the west side of town. The parking lot will be set up with local vendors. The town of Fordland will be bustling with activity.

Local vendors may contact Becky Fisher via messenger or the Fordland Resident webpage to set up on the library parking lot. Set up is free.

The library will be serving burritos and a burrito meal plus baked goods. Our baked goods include banana nut bread, pumpkin breads, brownies, and cookies.

Items for sale will include plants, IRISES, framed pictures, dishes, NEW packages XL Depends, Plants, Clothing–baby to 2XL, Jewelry, Toys, Shoes, Glassware, Wall decorations, Collectibles, Small Home Safe. Other items for sale will be determined at a later date.

Annual Car and Bike Show

The Fordland Memorial Library annual Car and Bike Show will be held September 16, 2023. Registration will be 8:30 am to 9:30 am. The show and activities will conclude around 2 pm.

Registration is $20 per car or bike. Any class of car or bike will be allowed to register.

There will be live music and games, lunch available, door prizes drawn every 15 minutes, dash plaques for the first 21 entrees and a bag of goodies for everyone until they are gone. Both the Turnbo Creek band and rising Nashville vocalist, Jaidyn LaBorde, will be singing for our entertainment.

Taco Barn will be serving tacos, quesadillas, and loaded nachos. The library will be serving $5 hotdog and hamburger meals. The meals will include a sandwich, chips, drink and a brownie or cookie.

There will be several silent auction items. Check our website for more information and picture.
